Structured Finance generally involves highly complex financial transactions offered by many large financial institutions for companies with very unique financing needs. These financing needs usually don\'t match conventional financial products such as a loan.

NewCase seeks to maintain a comprehensive approach to these conventional financial products by being the generators of the underlying economic asset as well as the managers of funds sourced to finance these assets.

In this regard, we have built strong linkages and networks with some manufacturing partners abroad who are willing and able to supply products, machinery and equipment to corporates with viable contracts in selected sectors of the Ghanaian economy.

These cautiously selected corporate bodies will have access to the various financial instruments structured by NewCase which will enable our clients receive the supply needed to execute their contracts and pay over a determined period.
