Justice Duffu Yankson (Dr.) (Esq.)
Board ChairmanDr. Yankson is currently the chairman of NewCase, the assistance general secretary of Ghana Medical Association and a practicing lawyer with Puozuing and Associates.
He is a medical doctor and a practicing lawyer. He is an active member of both the Ghana Bar Association and Ghana Medical Association. And serves on several committee for both national and corporate bodies.
Dr Yankson holds a Bachelor of Science in Medicine (BSc. Med. MB chB) from the University of Ghana Medical School with and an LLB from the same university. He is a Barrister at Law after completing his professional law course from the Ghana School of Law at Mokola in Accra.
Ebenezer Obeng-Baffoe
Chief Executive OfficerEbenezer Obeng-Baffoe is the Chief Executive Officer of NewCase, a Chartered Accountant by profession and a management consultant.
He worked with UniBank (Ghana) Limited as the Head of Internal Audit, having previously worked with United Bank for Africa, (UBA) Ghana Limited as an Internal Auditor. He also worked with Ernst & Young, Ghana Practice as Audit Supervisor, having previously been a Management Accountant and Consultant with Benchmark Capital and Financial Management Training Centre (FMTC) in Accra.
He holds a B.Sc in Administration (Accounting Option) from University of Ghana, a member of the Association of Bank Internal Auditors & Controllers, Ghana and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
Anthony Dawson-Amoah
Non-Executive DirectorAnthony is a Non-Executive Director who brings to NewCase over 24 years of working experience in sale and marketing. Mr. Dawson – Amoah is trained as a Mechanical Engineer and has worked various tractor and equipment companies in Ghana and abroad in various capacities.
He is graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of science and Technology with BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering also holds MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana and a post graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the ACCA in UK.
Birago Agyei - Anim (Mrs.)
Non-Executive DirectorMrs Agyei – Anim brings to the board of NewCase Capital Limited over 15 years of working experience spanning through banking and aviation industries with rich expertise in administration, human relation and customer service management. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and BSC Administration I Human Resources from Central University as well as Ab-Initio Certificate in Airline Customer Service from Ghana Airways Training School.
Mrs Agyei Anim is currently the Head of Customer Service & Quality Services at Unibank Ghana Limited, having previously worked as an Executive Assistance to the CEO of Unibank from 2008; before joining Unibank, she worked as a consultant at Ato Conduah & Associate. She also worked with now defunct Ghana Airways as a Cabin Crew Flight Purser & Crew Schedule Officer.
