New Case Finance

Ebenezer Obeng-Baffoe is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He worked with uniBank (Ghana) Limited as the Head of Internal Audit  from 2008 to 2011, having previously worked with United Bank for Africa,  (UBA) Ghana Limited as an Internal Auditor. He also worked with Ernst & Young, Ghana Practice as Audit Supervisor, having previously been a Management Accountant and Consultant with Benchmark Capital and Financial Management Training Centre (FMTC) in Accra from the year 2001 to 2006.

He holds a B.Sc degree in Administration (Accounting Option) from University of Ghana, a member of the Association of Bank Internal Auditors & Controllers, Ghana and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).

Ebenezer has over 12 years working experience after graduating from the University of Ghana in June 2000. As the CEO of VIM-XPRESS CONSULT since the year 2008, he has also consulted for many corporate bodies in Ghana, Ivory Coast, the Gambia and Nigeria as well as South Africa, Turkey, Kenya and China. 

Mavis is the Finance and Administration Manager. She has over Eight (8) years experience in both Financial Accounting and Investment Banking. Worked with an investment banking firm Gold Coast Securities Limited from 2004 to 2010 and rose through the ranks of Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager, Fund Manager and Financial Accountant. Prior to joining NewCase, Mavis has level of experience working with an Oil and Gas company(Redfins), electronics and software implementation services company (TextGenesys) and a freezone food processing company(Homefoods). 

Her vast experience includes corporate finance, financial accounting, credit management, business development, strategic planning, Financial and Business Control, Working Capital Management, as well as a strong financial systems implementation background.

Mavis holds B.Ed Social Science (Accounting) degree from the University of Cape Coast

A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK, Peter takes responsibility for personal development, learning from experiences and new situations. He works consistently to meet targets and improve current methods of achieving targets. Peter has over ten years’ experience in the Fund Management industry in Ghana. He is especially skilled in preparing private placement for debt investment. He brings to NewCase Capital Ltd an astute understanding of the Ghanaian SME market.
